 An expert in the field of stress management and prevention a job burnout. After 8 years of working tirelessly, she experienced a job burnout herself. Monika left a career in management and currently learns how to lead a balanced life and  helps others to find their work-life balance.

Monica is a co-founder of the Slowlajf foundation – Fundacja Przeciw Wypaleniu Zawodowemu (Foundation Against Job Burnout) and a huge number of other innovative projects in the field of personal development.

Michał graduated from Coaching Academy at the University of Economics with a program accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF). Used to work as a salesman in the education sector and as a manager in the energy industry.

Justyna Bukowska



Justyna possesses over 20 years of experience working as an HR manager, an internal consultant and an HR business partner in various international and Polish companies in sectors such as services, production, marketing/media, IT, engineering consulting, finance-banking.

She obtained the practical knowledge of most of the processes connected with managing people in a business environment, starting from recruitment through evaluation and compensation, career planning, personal and professional development to management changes, such as restructuring, acquisition, and outplacement.

Justyna has been working as an independent consultant, interim manager, and assessor, realizing various projects in the area of HR depending on the current needs of customers and the stage on which the organization stands.

Anna Jędrzejczak



 Advisor and Consultant in all aspects of Personnel Processing. Challenges in the area of recruitment, achieving synergies and results in a team are the main areas of her professional passion, which are notably realized by using Harrison Assessments among others. Her work experience was gained through working on professional specialist and executive positions in the fields such as FMCG, banking, consulting, and construction. Anna graduated from two postgraduate courses in the field of HR and numerous professional courses.

Anna uses 3 languages in her work: Polish, English and French.



Edyta Pazur



 Edyta works for Coaching4you, where she has the opportunity to support managers in developing, starting from Development Centre, promotion to executive positions, during the development of managerial career, finding the best path for yourself, as well as finding the purpose of their work and assistance in crisis situations.

Edyta had been working as a manager in sales departments in international organizations, mainly in B2B. From 2011 she works as a coach and effectively uses the experience gained on her previous job. Certified coach at PCC level. What is more, Edyta, certified mentor and trainer, conducts lessons at the universities of coaching and building commitment. She also works socially in the international association of coaches.

She is a graduate from the program Management 2006 at the Canadian International Management Institute in collaboration with Harvard Business School Publishing, Executive Leadership and Human Resource Management.

Edyta possesses a substantial experience working with clients from the fields such as finance, construction, insurance, and IT.
